miniBUD is an airport transfer service operated by the Budapest Airport. It is like a shared-taxi that connects between the airport and your accommodation (Hotel, Airbnb, etc).

Private airport transfer service
There are several different companies that operate private transport service in between the airport and your accommodation.
This is more pricey than other options but if you come with a group more than 3-4 people, this would be a good choice.
Also, I recommend you to use this in case you arrive in Budapest in the late evening and don’t want to miss any time.

Taxi
Taxi rates in Budapest are not flat rates. It means, the price differs depending on where your accommodation is located.
I’ve heard about some troubles about taxi use in Budapest so it would be probably better to use other options.
In case you need to take a taxi, you should call a taxi with the use of the app called ’Bolt’ (formerly ‘Taxify’).
My Hungarian friend told me that local people take only yellow-painted taxi, not the ones with other colours.

Airport Bus 100E
Bus 100E is the direct bus line that runs every 20 minutes between the airport to the city center. This is the most reasonable way.
Even though it’s called “shuttle bus”, the bus itself looks more like a public bus. Therefore, it can be very crowded and you might need to keep standing with your luggages.
If you come to Budapest in a big group or with a big luggages, I don’t recommend you to take this.
